We start with a broad ranging analysis of where you are now, the journey you’ve been on , the highs and lows and your present situation.

STAGE 2:

Diagnosis of shape Body typologies

The second stage is an analysis , diagonis and explanation of the body shape you have and the best options available to suit your self, your shape and your style.

STAGE 3:

Holistic affirmation

This is where we use mindfulness and self awareness to create a holistic affirmation of yourself, to centre you and create a sense of knowing.

STAGE 4:

Wardrobe edit/evaluation

Given this new found focus I will spend time evaluating your current wardrobe, what works and what doesn’t and most importantly why.

STAGE 5:

Personal shop

Following this I will offer accompanied shopping to any given budget to help to maximize this new found potential

STAGE 6:

Accompanied general well being

Through my extended network into mental and physical, from diet to fitness  I can recommend interconnected support to help you to maintain this new positive sense of being.
